Pegasus Country's Fair Lady, CGC, TDI "Lizzie"
Lizzie at Home
Eliza, or Lizzie, as we usually call her, was born on August 27, 2005. You might see a family resemblance to her Uncle Bruce. We had good fortune of having first pick of the females in Lizzie's litter. At 6 weeks of age, we had the opportunity to sit and play with the puppies before making our final decision. We knew we wanted a show dog, a smart dog who could compete in Rally, and a girl who could become the foundation of our lines. Lizzie at that young age proved she was all that and so much more.

We joke that Lizzie is a Labrador in Mastiff costume since she loves carrying her toys and is constantly in motion. She assumes that the entire world loves her and loves them in return. Her playful and confident nature led us to get her Therapy Dog International (TDI) certification at the Mastiff National Specialty in Houston, Texas at 20 months and while she was in season.
She loves going to shows and meeting new people, especially children but she is currently semi-retired from the conformation ring. Lizzie shows beautifully, but does it because she loves us, not because she enjoys being in the ring. Erika & Lizzie have recently started Rally classes and we hope she'll have more fun in the Rally ring.

Always on the go, she's a little on the thin side - just like her Uncle Bruce. Lizzie's best feature is her awesome rear angulation which helps her jump three foot fences from a sit. But what people really remember about Lizzie is her great expression and sweet disposition.
